Electronic Transactions Act (ETA)
Singapore's Electronic Transactions Act gives legal recognition to electronic signatures and records. Singapore also follows the UNCITRAL Model Law on Electronic Signatures. The ETA was amended in 2010 and 2021 to expand the scope of recognized electronic transactions.
