Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Each tenant's data is completely isolated — no cross-tenant access is possible. We use Google Cloud infrastructure with enterprise-grade security.
BusinessClaw AI is a multi-tenant platform. Every database read/write is scoped by tenant_id. Your data is never accessible to other tenants. Vector search uses tenant-specific namespaces.
We use AI models (via OpenRouter) to process conversations and generate responses. AI outputs are generated per-tenant and are not shared across tenants. Conversation data may be used to improve AI quality within your tenant scope only.
